About

Hi, I'm Danika.

Mum. Coach. Manager. Volunteer. Committee member. Cheerleader. Orange cutter. Wearer of many hats!

Off Court Ops was built from years of hands-on experience in community sport, marketing and program coordination.

I'm not a consultant looking in from the outside. I'm a volunteer, coach, manager and sports parent who understands what it takes to keep clubs running behind the scenes.

Over the years I've been involved in multiple sports and volunteer roles, including:

Australian Rules Football

  • Junior Team Manager
  • Assistant Coach
  • Club Secretary
  • Social Media Management
  • Event Coordination and Organisation

Basketball

  • Junior Team Manager
  • Junior Coach
  • State Team Manager
  • Uniform Design and Sponsorship Coordination

Soccer

  • Junior Team Manager
  • Junior Coach

My experience extends beyond volunteer sport. I have worked in marketing and communications roles, including as Marketing Manager at the Broome Visitor Centre, where I was responsible for marketing campaigns, website management, publication design and visitor communications.

I've also worked as a Program Coordinator across both community and privately-owned organisations, developing and delivering participation programs, managing registrations, communicating with members, coordinating staff and volunteers, and creating systems that improve the participant experience.

Over the years I've spent countless hours organising registrations, communicating with families, managing uniforms, coordinating volunteers, updating websites, creating social media content, planning events, designing promotional materials and helping organisations solve everyday challenges.

I know how busy volunteers are because I've been one.

That's why Off Court Ops exists — to help clubs communicate better, operate more efficiently and create a better experience for players, families and volunteers.

Everything I offer is built on practical experience, not theory. The systems, templates, websites and resources I create are designed to work in the real world of grassroots sport, where time is limited and volunteers already wear enough hats.

When clubs run smoothly, everyone benefits.
